Crust & Crumbles is a small artisanal bakery based in Rockford, IL. We make naturally leavened sourdough bread using traditional methods of production. Our loaves are hand-crafted, slow fermented, and hearth baked. We now also offer a variety of pastry products including sweet and savory croissants, danishes, and tarts – made from scratch with the best ingredients possible.
