Pheasant Hill Farm, Winnebago IL, is s 5-acre self-sustaining fruit, vegetable and livestock farm operation. Owners Ken & Barb Frampton raise Black Angus Beef, pure & cross=bred sheet, home-raised pigs, meat & egg chickens, turkeys and peacocks. The gardens & small orchard produce a variety of products. Pheasant Hill has a small honey & maple syrup enterprise that together with the fruit & vegetables combine for a tasty CSA program. A separate boxed meat offering includes samples of Angus beef, pork, lamb & chicken.
