Poor Richard’s Farm is a small family farm. We specialize in producing quality grass fed beef. We sell individual cuts frozen and offer whole, half or quarter ordering options. Our European beef cattle are pasture raised, free of supplemental antibiotics or hormones. We practice intensive rotational grazing, providing our heard the best diet. By harnessing our cattle’s natural instinct to migrate and graze our farm creates prairie habitat for native and migrating animals. This practice also promotes a deep root structure that prevents erosion sequesters carbon, builds new soil and adds tons of plant and microbial biomass to the earth every year.
