Beloit Snappers Announce Plans to Build New Stadium in Downtown Beloit

According to a news release, the stadium’s construction will begin next spring and have a total capacity of nearly 5,000 seats, including fixed seats and general admission areas.
The release said the proposed stadium site is 7 acres between the Rock River and Beloit Transfer Facility near the Beloit City Hall building, just north of Shirland Avenue.
The Riverbend Stadium Authority will lead the project’s development.
