BELOIT—The Beloit Art Center once again will provide a Summer Art Camp experience for students 9 to 16 years old to grow their artistic skills.
This year campers will be divided into two groups by age. Sessions in drawing, painting, and pottery will be included in the two-week camp, as well as other creative projects featuring instruction from in-house Beloit Art Center artists, as well as artists from the community.
The camp is scheduled to start July 11 and run through July 21. It will run from 10 a.m. —2:30 p.m. each day. Students have the option to choose a full day or half day format. On July 15 campers will be taking an optional walking field trip to view public art at Beloit College, Riverside Park and downtown Beloit.
