BELOIT — The first tenants of the new Wright & Wagner Riverfront apartment building will be moving into the six-story building along Fourth Street in downtown Beloit on Thursday.
The building, which offers 83 apartment units, has been under construction since the spring of 2022 and it already has 78% of the apartments pre-leased, according to Karen Niffenegger, residential real estate manager for Hendricks Commercial Properties.
“We started pre-leasing in March,” Niffenegger said.
The apartments include loft, studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Nearly all of the apartments have a balcony and splendid views of the downtown and river area of Beloit.
