Winter Farmers Market in Beloit draws vendors, customers

BELOIT — Vendors were offering fresh eggs, turkey, baked goods, salsa, juices and craft items on Saturday, and there was a steady flow of customers eager to check out the wares at the Downtown Beloit Association Winter Crafters and Farmers Market.

As the outdoor Farmers Market vendors packed away their booths in October, the Winter Market started in full swing in November and will continue each Saturday from 9 a.m. — noon at the Downtown Beloit Association offices at 557 E. Grand Ave.
