Our focus on building new homes began with a flash of entrepreneurship. It started when we purchased a 3.5 acre lot with a condemned house. We demolished the house, worked through local permitting and built a home speculatively that ultimately sold before it was finished. Our team has decades of combined experience in construction, real estate development, and logistics – and from that first project, we knew we could bring a new kind of value to new home construction.
