Auténtica is a family owned food truck, we started making Ice from home due to food allergies. We noticed that there were not many places that accommodated food allergies, and there was a need for healthy non-dairy, no dye sorbets and beverages. We started a small business called Elisia’s Mexican Ice 10 years ago and we sold it at the Beloit Farmers’ Market. We have grown over the years and have added many new items to the menu. Below is what you can find at Auéntica food Truck:
Elisia’s Mexican Ice is an all-natural non-dairy sorbet, the flavors include:
- Lemon
- Pineapple
- Mango
- Strawberry
- Blueberry
Fresh Fruit Smoothies- Is made with Elisia’s Mexican Ice and Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice. You can mix 2 of the Mexican Ice flavors, to create the flavor you are looking for. (Per request the smoothies can be made with water.)
Lemonade Fresh Fruit Smoothies- Is made with Elisia’s Mexican Ice lemon sorbet and water. You can add another Mexican Ice Flavor if you would like a mixed flavor.
New Watermelon smoothies- is made with fresh cut watermelon and 2 cups of Elisia’s Mexican Ice.
Orange Juice- Our Orange Juice is squeezed fresh and has no added preservatives.
Carrot Juice- Our Carrot Juice is juiced per order and has no added preservatives.
Jump Start- Is our fresh squeezed Orange Juice and Carrot Juice mixed together. A perfect way to start the day.
Snacks:
Fresh Fruit Cup-watermelon, muskmelon, and Pineapple with Lime and Sweet Chili powder.
Mexican style Cucumbers-Cut cucumbers with lime and Chili powder
Funnel Cake Fries-like Funnel cake but easier to eat as they are Fries, they are topped with powder sugar. You can add chocolate, Carmel or strawberry syrup.
Onion Rings-Our onion rings are beer battered and delicious
Mexican Style Corn-Our corn is cut off the cob and put in a cup and it is topped with Mayonnaise, butter, parmesan cheese, and chili powder.
