Hi there! My name is Elaine & I am a beginning farmer in my first year of production. I farm a 1/4 acre plot in South Beloit, IL – about a 15 minute drove from the Beloit Farmers Market. I am inspired by my love of food, the earth, and my community to grow fresh, nutritious, delicious produce and share it with my neighbors.
