Since 1939, families in Southern, Wisconsin and Northern, Illinois have been relying on Hansen-Gravitt Funeral Home with the planning of affordable: funeral, memorial, and celebration of life services.The funeral home was founded in 1939, by Mat and Winifred Hansen. In 1974, after owning and operating the business for over 35 years their son, Robert “Bob” Hansen became the owner of the funeral home. Bob continued to operate the family business for the next 33 years until his retirement. In 2007, Jay Gravitt became the owner of the funeral home and subsequently the name was changed to Hansen-Gravitt Funeral Home.
As we are now in our third generation of independent family ownership. We are immensely proud of both our heritage, and our history of providing affordable services with compassion, honor, dignity, and trust.
We offer a full selection of caskets, burial vaults, traditional urns, keepsake urns, as well as numerous other jewelry and other types of memorialization items. We also have a large selection of products that help you cherish the memory of your pets!
