BELOIT, Wis. (WMTV) – With thousands of letters sent to Santa each year, Beloit is inviting their community to do the same.
Write a letter to Santa and with the help of his elves and the postal service, you’ll receive a response back from the North Pole. All letters must include a self-addressed envelope for Santa to write back.
“We do see kids drop off letters and they’re really excited about it,” Nicole Yost, City of Beloit Recreation Supervisor said. “Even us helping Santa collect all the letters is always exciting to open them and get them together and get them to the elves that will get them to Santa.”
Yost also mentioned their goal this year is 200 letters. This is the second year Beloit has had Santa’s mailboxes and last year they received about 150-175 letters.
