Don and I raise purebred Black Angus cattle from babies to processing all on grasses and hay, no grain or grain silage. Our cow-calf operation produces beef that is higher nutritionally in CLA, Omega 3, Vitamin A & E. Our product is raised without antibiotics, hormones, pesticides & GMO’s. Also we “dry-age” our beef like the steak houses do, 14 to 21 days for more flavor and tenderness. It takes us longer to bring our 100% grass fed/100%grass finished product to market but we feel it’s well worth it!
