The City of Beloit announced that the Beloit Powerhouse Riverwalk is open for public use on
Wednesday, according to a release.
The release said that the project is nearly completed and individuals can now begin using the path. A ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the project will be planned for a later date, officials said.
